ClearWater is expanding and in search of experienced Project Managers with 7 years experience and have a background executing union projects. This opportunity is an expression of interest for potential upcoming roles available to local candidates. Support program and project control functions, including daily cost capture and reporting. Utilize the program KPIs and actual person-hours to estimate daily costs. - Report when POs have reached flag limits and when budgeted costs have reached flag limits. Communicate progress and costs to complete with the Project team; report any issues and communicate them to the team. - Responsible for cost analysis (actual vs budget) and person-hour productivity (earned vs burned) reporting. Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper PO and SO administration, costing, invoicing and closeout. - Subcontractor progress monitoring and reporting. Coordinate with field and data entry clerks daily to ensure data input and compilation are completed for daily reporting deliverables. - Reporting and reconciliation as required. Interface with stakeholders (client, field execution team, project controls team, etc.).
